Professor Lee Harvey, who is also vice-president of EAIR, has dedicated an important part of his live to the research into quality, and especially to the study of Student Satisfaction. The method he developed is called the Satisfaction Approach, and is widely used around the globe. Lee Harvey wrote many articles and research reports on the subject.
